Can anyone recommend a full-service (not counter service) BBQ restaurant in the Cary/Apex/Morrisville area? Most of my go-to's are counter service - used to go to Blistered Pig for full service (even though it wasn't that great).
Just had a related conversation on this the other day. One of the problems with finding good restaurant specializing in certain foods is that so many have their own great smoking and grilling stations and can do a better authentic job at home. Kamoda grills and you have the basis for Q and steaks etc that are fixed to your standard of perfection. You can do Q and a steak to rival Ruth Chris at home.
