We love Chapel Hill, but have found there's not much for sale in general in the areas near the University....Is this the norm or just a slow market right now?
It's a popular area and good homes don't stay on the market long

I know several listings in the Laurel Hills section of CH. nice older homes, great lots, near campus...

We've actually looked at a few homes in Laurel Hills.....I wonder if there are many families with kids in Laurel Hills?

Ok, so I realize this thread is very old, but....just wanted to say "my bad." I came across the address of the house I was speaking of in this thread, and it was not on Oxford. It was on Exeter....which I believe is, in fact, in Budleigh.

Guess I got the English town/school names of roads mixed up
