Actually my husband would be working in RTP so the commute from Chapel Hill would probably be easier?
We love Chapel Hill, but have found there's not much for sale in general in the areas near the University....Is this the norm or just a slow market right now?
It's a popular area and good homes don't stay on the market long
To sum up, this comparitive exercise is sort of like trying to decide whether to buy BMW or Mercedes. It's a good problem to have.
I'd go with the BMW. . . . . wait. . . . . is that Chapel Hill or ITB?
Hey! That reminds me. . . . What happened to that really old post that showed different versions of Barbie dolls for each city in the Triangle? I just did a search and couldn't locate it.
Oxford Road is not Budleigh. It is a great area, but definetly not Budleigh. Budleigh is located between Oberlin, Wade, Dixie Trail and Lake Boone Trail(roughly).
Ok, so I realize this thread is very old, but....just wanted to say "my bad." I came across the address of the house I was speaking of in this thread, and it was not on Oxford. It was on Exeter....which I believe is, in fact, in Budleigh.
Guess I got the English town/school names of roads mixed up
