I went to PDQ one time. Had choice of chicken strips and fries, chicken strips on a bun, or chicken strips on chopped lettuce. Not impressed. I think people just want decent food. Chick-fil-A stays busy. First Watch does good. Culvers would be good in the Freddy's spot.
That corner has burgers, chicken and pizza covered. How about Jasmine or Jason’s Deli?
I would love something with a good sandwich that's on the healthier side. Not Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's, but somewhere where you could get a legit sandwich like a reuben for example. Never been to Jason's Deli but it seems like that may fit the bill.

Jimmy John's is already in Cornerstone anyway but yeah, something a lil' different would be nice.
I agree that a nice real sandwich shop would be awesome. Or a decent bagel place like NY Bagel, but probably too big of a structure for a bagel shop.
I also think a Hard Time Cafe could work - it's a small chili chain from DC. There was one a few years ago in Raleigh, but closed when Glenwood downtown starting picking up steam.

Jason’s Deli is great. Sandwiches, soups, salads. I think they might even have a salad bar.
Where was the Wendy's at High House and Davis? I cannot place it.
