Actually, any location in a dead mall is likely to do terrible business; They closed at Northgate back in 2011 or 2012.
Freddy’s closing just mere days after Wendy’s is a shock, and kind of surprising.

The Wendy's on Lake Boone Tr. which had a good business closed several years ago. A Chick-fil-a was immediately built on the spot.
