RTG has a reputation for awful customer service.

The stuff is cheap for a good reason. Probably will be in the landfill before you are required to make the first payment on their weird financing "deals".

Rooms to go and Roomstore can be hit and miss but are good for the budget. Our bedroom set is very good quality and was from Roomstore. The set next to it in the showroom was flimsy and yet the same price. I found the furniture out at high point to be beautiful but a little out of my price range given we were looking for a lot of furniture.
