Can anyone suggest best option for my twins [4 year old] for kindergarten. They will be coming from India...

There are a lot of options... To start with, what area are you living in? Do you have a price range in mind?

You need to check the school cut off dates and compare them to your child's birthday as well. In Wake, starting next year, they need to be 5 before August 31st, otherwise they will need to do a year of preschool.
As for which school for KG? There are so many depending on where you choose to live...

Since the twins are currently four, they wouldn't be affected by the change (which isn't a county change, it's a state change). So, if their birthday is before 10/16 they could go to kindergarten.

Are you sure? My brother was just told this by a WCPSS school. His son is now 4 and turns 5 in September. I'll have to pass this information onto him then and have him double check.

I'm sure. My daughter's birthday is 9/12/03 and she is registered to start kindergarten at Weatherstone in September. The cutoff date changes for the entire state in 2009.

Ah! Sorry, I was assuming the OP meant they were registering for next year! I forgot there is still 9 weeks of school left!
