anyone know why the number of available plans in austin creek new subdivision has been streemlined from over 7 models to just 4 now?
One would expect the prices to be reduced not the choices a potential buyer should have.
We are looking to move to wakeforest. But considering what is going on in the market and economy we just want to wait a little bit longer and see how things will work out.
I am thinking of austin creek, but the plan we fell in love with has been removed- hum, guess we just have to wait and see if they will put it back on their list.

Many of the larger builders are trying to minimize costs, and I know Beazer is one of those at the top of the list. I wouldn't count on them adding that plan back, probably a good reason why you shouldn't have waited. With interest rates where they are right now, and the discounts builders are offering, and willing to take, I can't see how now would not be a great time to buy.

Have you looked at other neighborhoods in Wake Forest? There are other places to consider in that price point.
