Hello there,

I'm a single mom relocating to NC with my 9 year old daughter to the any areas between: Cary, Apex, HOlly Springs this summer, and I am a bit confused about the pros and cons of renting a private property or renting in a rental community. I own my property and I have not had any experience with rental.

Can anybody please advise?

Rental communities provide amenities such as pools, gyms, playgrounds, etc. Private rentals may not.

Rental community deposits are usually much lower.

Maintenance personnel are on-site in most rental communities.

Apts do all lawn care for you.

On the other side, you may find private yards in home rentals.
