Went out to visit my friend this morning and stopped and took a few photos.

I'll do another thread with her neighborhood (which is where we are buying) and will move later this summer...

Great photos.

You should put a link to this thread in the forum Photo Thread. And don't forget you can add these to City Data's area photos. And looks like City Data is having a photo sweepstakes too.

Beautiful photos -- I plan to relocate from Branchville, NJ to Youngsville - just waiting for our home to sell -- thanks for sharing!

Looks like a real pretty area from your pics. Thanks for posting. Hope those big, open, beautiful fields don't become a sea of roofs anytime soon.

Wow - great pics! It looks like a really beautiful area. I haven't yet ventured east of Raleigh but your pics have inspired me to go for a drive that way soon. Thanks for sharing!

We're moving in over at Weatherly sub on Monday afternoon! After a nightmare of a wait to sell in Raleigh, we lucked into a great house up in Franklinton. I will say that the area isn't all rolling green meadows and country homes, but enough of it is that a drive to the store is a pleasure. The pace is incredibly laid back and when I had to drive back US1 back into Raleigh this morning, it was already a culture shock....
