United Restaurant Equiptment on South Saunders sells them, they are open till 12 on sat.
Got it today, thanks - very neat store. If my daughter had been cooperating I could have spent hours there. By the way - does your boyfriend happen to work there? (He rang me up and remembered someone had asked about it here. Yup, it was me - small world, eh?)
I *love* United Restaurant Equipment. The first time I went there, I was a bit nervous, since I'm not in the restaurant business. I don't know what I was afraid of. The people are SO friendly and helpful, and it's so much fun looking at all the kitchen gadgets.
And coincidentally enough, the first time I went there was to buy a pizza peel. Small world. I've since been back to buy a big (4.5 qt) aluminum saucepan; I wanted something to use to make pecan pralines, meaning it needed to stand up to boiling a sugar syrup at high heat for many minutes.
If you ever go back, check out their cookie sheets/sheet pans. The ones with the lip around the edges. They're great quality, and will only set you back about $6.50 for a good-sized one.
