Take her license. Impound her car. Catch her again, jail time.
It's time to stop playing around.
She's looking at jail possibly with these FTA's. Now that she's notorious DA's and judges will not treat her the same as they've done in the past. They know this is bad pub.
I admit I had no idea what this thread was about simply based on it's title.
Having now caught up, a couple of thoughts.
1. How, and I say this as a fairly left of center dude, does this lady still have the privilege to drive on public road ways? I asked the same question when I lived in MA and there was a guy named Thomas Latanowich who killed a police officer. Latanowich had 111 prior criminal charges on his record.
I am not exactly the "lock em up and throw away the key" type as I think we have a questionable history in that process, but hot damn. How many chances (30 is this woman's case?) do reasonable people give?
2. This woman is an example of why the days of Americans en masse not utilizing dash cams in private vehicles may change.
Other reports indicate that she has 6 NC driver's licenses and 3 Social Security cards under 9 aliases.
Jeez, you'd think you'd want to keep a low profile and fly under the radar.
