I’ve seen the Impossible Burger on the chalkboard at Town Hall Burger in Durham, though to be fair I don’t know if it’s just a special thing they do sometimes or if they have it on the menu pretty frequently.
There were a bunch of articles over the last few days on how Impossible Foods (who supplies the impossible burger to restaurants) are having a hard time keeping up with demand and need to increase their capacity in California where they are made. I guess they currently supply 7,000 places with it and now with the new Burger King deal, that basically doubles the number of places to 14,000 that will serve it!
Red Robin actually has it. My daughter has tried it at Remedy and at Red Robin and she said that she was surprised to find that Red Robin prepared it better.

LOL! My daughter eats fish, eggs, etc... so, not a vegan. She just quit eating most meat in the past 6 months or so, and she said it's surprisingly quite good and as close to a hamburger as anything she's ever tried.
I'm gonna give it a shot.

Yeah, vegan is pretty hardcore and raw vegan is probably the most extreme! I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but want to try it myself, just to see what the taste is like and if it truly does come close to tasting like real beef.
If you read up on the processing of this "burger", you will see that it is truly franken-food. Eat at your own risk.
Reminds me of when Olestra came out
