Morrisville (Cary: crime, homes, construction)

Can anyone give me the scoop on Morrisville? The crime states seem high and the area seems to be small and the home prices are as high (or even higher) than Cary. Anyone have any insights to share?

Morrisville is just fine.

Growth has come recently, and so it is mostly newer construction, and since it adjoins the RTP, the builders seek that market demographic.
Also, part of the Prestonwood CC and homes are in Morrisville, and that drives some of the pricing.

Note, much of Morrisville is in the RDU flight paths.
