I have come to the realization that I hate shirt collars, but don't hate button-down or fancy shirts. I'd like to get several nice shirts without much collar for a unique personal style, and maybe not pay too much. Something far east or renaissance style would be nice. I tried Amazon and... wrong size. You know how that goes.

Is there any place in the greater Raleigh area? Thanks.

Maybe look for a retailer that caters to the south asian clientele.

  4. Search phrase: collarless men's shirt
  5. Press enter

1. Build time machine
2. Set for 1996
3. Entire target location: Structure store @ any upscale mall in America.

I miss Casual Friday’s in the 90’s. It just meant “no tie” but you still had to “Dress for Success”

I still have my ties, but alas, the Salvation Army has my collarless shirts.

Remove the collars. I've done it when collarless shirts were in style.

No, I don't know how that goes. Amazon carries more sizes and styles than imaginable. TONS of "collarless shirts" are there, even with Prime.

I'd go as far as saying that if Amazon doesn't carry the type of shirt you want, it probably doesn't exist in the U.S.

(Totally OT: the Amazon branded T shirts are spectacular. At least, the women's V-necks are.)

I once went to Brooks Brothers to do made-to-measure dress shirts for business and they somehow convinced me I should do 2x height collars because I have a long neck and that would proportion out visually. As you may expect, it just looked ridiculous.

That's the first and last $800 I ever spent at Brooks Brothers but the saleswoman was likely laughing all the way to the bank.

Start wearing "Henleys". I hate bacon collar on cheap polo style shirts and don't wear them.

Dick Dastardly was a better villain!

Dave
