I haven't heard of this place but those yelp reviews are rooooooouuuugghh....
While it's pretty "basic" and not really a sit-down place; I've always enjoyed #1 China in nearby Haddon Hall Commons. Their Kung-Pao Chicken is the best one I've had anywhere in the Triangle. And they've been around since that shopping center was built around 2005. If I'm not mistaken...the only other places in that whole shopping center that can make that same claim are the Harris Teeter and the Wendy's.
On a restaurant's Yelp page, the most recent health score and a link to the score history is in the "Known For" section. Doesn't have all of the detail of the official Wake County site, but very easy to find and great for a quick summary.
Apex....the land of the overpriced homes and low quality restaurants....enjoy it folks as that place is overdeveloped and a cluster...number 1 ranking killed that place. Great job Lance and Joey Ionnone
