pretty much proves my point that that's a great place to go surf since it's becoming so popular. Good wavea. if you live in Raleigh you certainly don't need to drive to the outer Banks you can go down to anywhere from cape lookout to cape fear

I surfed at Wrightsville a few weeks ago in the middle of the week, and hardly anyone was out. Even early in the morning before work had started. I was pretty surprised. The crowds really depend on the time of day.
