The Summit Church on Blue Ridge Rd has Saturday afternoon/evening services if any evening works for you. LOTS of young folks; lots of NC State students and 25-50 year olds.

I think they do a good job of balancing contemporary worship music with not being all concert/showy-like as you see at some megachurches. Obviously, it would be something you would have to see for yourself since I can't speak for your personal preferences.
