Hello,

I recently moved to the triangle about a year ago and have started looking at buying a condo. I work in North Raleigh (falls and millbrook) and would like to be somewhere close to work.

Does anyone know the names of some good townhouse developments in north raleigh. I'm looking for something under $150K, with HOA dues under $130. I really like complexes that are wooded and offer privacy.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

There are so many in your price range, you'll need to narrow it down by size, age, ect. You should pick a Realtor to help you, it doesn't cost you anything- the seller pays for it. Here are so newer ones that have units for sale, Allyns Landing, Wills Grove, Falls Common, Wakefield, Windsor Place, Bedford. Happy hunting!!

Default As a general rule...

the condo/town house communities that have the most trees and privacy are older ones. There are quite a few in North Raleigh. For $130 in HOA fees, you should be able to get a place with exterior maintenance included, which will offset some concerns with older homes. As stinegirl said, you can narrow it down with various criteria, depending on your tastes and needs.
