Starting the search for an agent to help us sell our 4bdrm/3bath home in Cary.
Looking for an agent who has a marketing plan beyond an MLS listing, someone who follows up with buyer's agents to ensure that things are on track, someone who is effective in working through the inevitable glitches leading up to a successful closing.
After buying and selling several homes over the years, have come to realize that recommendations from satisfied sellers has been our best bet.
As I understand it, C-D TOS prohibit posting names. So if you have had a successful experience with a seller's agent, I would appreciate it if you would message me.
If you want more information on what I consider an effective agent, I would be glad to be more specific.
