We are comparing the 3 bedroom apartments of these 2 properties for rental. We have young children requiring elementary schools. Any feedbacks of these 2 places will be welcome and appreciated!

Safety, parking, noise, managements, kid-friendly?

Thanks!

Suan

I lived in Notting Hill for many years and I just moved out. I really liked it there, and it's a quiet and clean place. The apartments are nice and the staff very nice and professional.
I felt safe there and I don't think there were any crimes in that neighborhood in the last several years.
A lot of families with kids live there, as well as some students and young professionals. Overall, it's a nice mix, and you can see kids from different age groups playing outside a lot.
Another good thing about Notting Hill is the location, unbeatable.
Good luck.

I also lived in Notting Hill. It is a nice, quiet place and well-run. There are a ton of kids who live there. I couldn't believe the amount of children that poured off the school bus after school. Just an FYI-the complex is approx 75% Korean.
