I think the glitch might be with people who owed taxes, they don’t have your direct deposit info. At least that’s what happened with me, plus I had an address change. I tried numerous times and it finally went thru asking me for my adjusted gross income and how much I had owed. Then something clicked and said I qualified and asked for my direct deposit info. Now we’ll see if I get it. I read there’s a delay in printing checks because they had to add Prez name on the checks. Keep trying!
Nope - I did not owe and although I have not gotten mine yet nor can I see what the issue is cause the web site it crap, I got my refund for my 2019 taxes on April 13th so clearly they have my DD information.

Hi wolfclub,
I'm in the same boat: I received my 2019 federal taxes refund on April 8th, and haven't received stimulus money yet. IRS issued the refund through direct deposit, so I can only assume they know where to send the stimulus.
PS- NC still owes me my State tax refund. I'll keep waiting on Cooper and the dept of revenue on that one. I saw online that NC state refunds are running slower than federal, which makes sense since I got the federal refund just days after filing for 2019.

I owed Fed but got my small NC refund the about a week after filing.
Just got online article that the next round of checks for those with DD will start getting them today thru next week, also those with SS direct deposits. The following week paper checks will start going out. The article stated there have been delays due to high volume.
Will wonders never cease? I just tried the Get My Payment site again this morning and got a prompt saying my stimulus money is scheduled to be deposited on April 22 into account number *****followed by the correct last four digits of my checking account. The site repeatedly told me nothing on my other computer- but on this one, it worked.

They must have fixed a previous glitch at some point during the day yesterday because I had the same experience last night. It was my third attempt and they finally confirmed my tax-return info that I entered and my bank account info.

Do you have different browsers on the two computer? Perhaps the contractor only tested one browser, such as Chrome, in order to get the app working in the short time.
I've used 3 different browsers - chrome, IE and Firefox. As of this am, still getting the we can't determine message.
It's not like we're hurting for the money. But it's really annoying - and further proof the federal government can't handle much of anything properly (medicate for everyone - I'm talking to you.)
Any bets on how much of the stimulus related funding ends up in the fraud/error/boondoggle/waste percentage column?
Maybe, it's best not to ask.
