Clayton - Candlewood Apartments (Wake Forest: rentals, neighborhood, live in)

Moving from Florida and looking into rentals for a year until we can buy. Is anyone familiar with the Candlewood Apartments on Brook Street in Clayton? The property management also has another rental property in Wake Forest - Fieldstream at Richmond Hills. I will be trying to reach someone this week but wondering if anyone has any first hand info since we've only been able to learn what we see online. Thanks.

I live in Clayton but not in that particular neighborhood.

However, you would be in a very convenient location; lots of retail/amenities are only a nice walk or short drive away.
