Does anyone have any information on the condominiums in this area of Morrisville? In particular if there is any history of flooding and if flood insurance is required by the owners of the condos? Looking at several properties there and close by and we would like to get any feedback on the property and surrounding area. By looking at one of the Morrisville floodplain maps, it is hard to tell if parts of this condo property is designated AE and if so, would it require a buyer to have flood insurance. Thanks in advance for any help!

Did you use the FEMA lookup? That's pretty definitive.

I would imagine your lender will require flood insurance if you are indeed in a floodplain.
