Incorrect. I said, "98.8% of admitted COVID-19 patients DID NOT GET THE VACCINE in both the ICU and general medical floor."

That means if you look at all of the COVID-19+ patients who need to be admitted to the hospital due to COVID-19 issues, 98.8% DID NOT GET THE VACCINE.

That number does not reflect people who came in for other medical problems.

That would be a change from how the numbers have been reported in NC all this time. The wording on the NCDHHS site seems to contradict itself here and there as to whether hospitalizations only count those admitted for Covid or anyone who happens to be there and pops a positive test.

In the end, 98% of a small number is still a small number (https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/media/380/open) so who cares if people aren't vaccinated? If you are, and you think the jab is so amazing, you're safe. Just think of me as part of the Control Group in this very large ongoing experiment.

7 in ICU. 2 on life support.

And I wasn't aware it had been determined that they were infected by anti-abortion and unvaccinated people.

If it spreads faster in unvaccinated people, more and more variants will appear. Eventually, the vaccines we have now, will not work as well on one of these new variants.

That is why it matters. If you truly had nobody but yourself to affect with your refusal to vaccinate? Then nobody would say a word to you about it.

I believe he was referring to the dearth of pro-life folks whose actions seem incompatible with actually preserving life. But, that’s just a guess.

It's a personal health care choice decision and nobody else's business or right to judge others whether they choose to get vaccinated or not. How about developing safer vaccines with full transparency disclosure about what's in them and then maybe the participation rates will be much higher. At the moment there is much to distrust regarding the current vaccines.

Every one cares about the ingredients in the food they eat but no one should care about what's in the COVID vaccines being injected into their bodies....??

It certainly is our right to judge you and others for behavior that affects other people.

Pretty sure I already showed you this, but feel free to look through the briefing package for the Pfizer vaccine, presented prior to the EUA. It contains plenty of data on safety monitoring.

It's funny because usually that argument is used the other way around. I'm fairly confident that the majority of people refusing the vaccine are not worrying about the chemicals that are in the food they eat.

You know what's ironic? In the not too distant past there was an outbreak of polio in Pakistan. The U.S. offered to send polio vaccines to Pakistan. They refused because they felt the U.S. government was intentionally poisoning them. The results, of course, were horrific and predictable as the outbreak spread (primarily to children which polio historically affects the most).

Now many nations like Pakistan have evolved in their thinking and are happily accepting the covid vaccine shipments from the U.S.

We could say that Pakistan has evolved. I guess the U.S. has done the opposite of evolve. Would that be devolve?
