I am a home owner in Holly Springs. I have a contract to sell my house, and I had a contract to purchase another house until the inspection came back. It looks like 30-40K to fix everything and the seller said up front they are not interested in negotiating to fix stuff so I expect to have to pull out of this contract.
Anyway, I am scheduled to close in early June, and so I am looking for a recommendation for an apartment complex that allows 2 dogs and 1 cat. Seems like all of the apartment complexes I talk to have a 2 animal policy. I am searching for a 1 bedroom, short term lease, anywhere from 800 to 1000 a month in cary, morrisville, or south durham.
