Sterling Ridge in Fuquay (across from the elementary school on Johnson Pond Rd.) I think the range is 160k - 230k.

There is Phillips Poinit, Southern Oaks, Fern Vallley and Woodchase that I know off the top of my head in Fuquay/Holly Springs area. Clayton has quite a few too.

With Clayton, Holly Springs, and Fuquay Varina in the mix, the opportunities are nearly endless.
New construction is all over.
Resales would offer even more ideas.

Besides those already mentioned, among new construction, at $200,000 or less:

Clayton:
Village at Glenhaven
Riverwood
Middle Creek Landing
Lionsgate
Ethans Landing
Riverstone
North Farm in Flowers Plantation
Cobblestone
Cokesbury Park
Timber Creek
Tafton
Tymber Creek
Jonathan Ridge
Sierra Heights
Neuse Haven Estates

Holly Springs:
Parkside Village

Fuquay Varina:
Buckhaven
Carriage Heights
Village of Charleston

Default Take a look at Willow Creek in Fuquay

It's a great location across the street from a rec center with a pool and within walking distance of the new Kohls coming this fall. It's easy access to both 401 and 55. There are a number of homes under 5 years old for sale in the neighborhood right now all under 200K.

The village of charleston is one with a number of reduced inventory homes and a couple of new homes that may work.
