Not that I know of, but it's pretty easy to make at home. I use this recipe:

I know this doesn't help you, but there used to be a restaurant in Downtown Raleigh called Hard Times Cafe that did Cincinnati chili. Being from Louisville that was the chili I grew up on and I miss it!

The closest that is close is https://www.cincysnc.com/, but you'll have to make the trek over to Greensboro.

There are a few Steak and Shake restaurants in the area that serve it. It's what I usually get when we stop at one for lunch.

Not Raleigh, but Lupi's in Charlotte serves it.

Or, you can just bring a shaker of cinnamon and a few limp noodles to any place that serves regular chili and get a reasonable representation of the abomination they call Cinci Chilli. (Said in jest, eat what you like.)

Many thanks for the helpful posts and I also forgot my previous post! Ha!

As a former Buffalonian, I gave up on looking for beef-on-weck done right, locally.
Then, later a company move placed me real close to Cinci.

Then, a later relocation to Charlotte, I ate a bowl of red eye gravy, without knowing it, and later told the server her soup was awful thick.

red eye gravy isn't thick at all. it's just coffee and water thrown into the pan you cook country ham in, to deglaze the bits and flavor.

You're right, it was the gravy they put on biscuits that I ate the whole bowl of, plain--during my 1st 48 hrs in Charlotte, 1983.

Acknowledging that this was said in jest, I'll just point out for anyone who hasn't had Cincinnati Chili that it's actually a mild, sweet meat sauce seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves that originated in Greek diners and is unrelated to "regular" chili. It's served over spaghetti and topped with onions, beans, and cheese.
