Wanting to move to a city in NC (shop, places to go)

Im wondering what it is like in raleigh im looking to move from nd to a better place and i want it to be warmer and lots of people and places to go some info on the night life would be great also shopping basicly stuff to do

Definitely warmer thats for sure. Come for a visit the only real way to tell if you'll lik it or not. I personally love it.
