Sign up with a buyer's agent. There is no direct out-of-pocket cost to you for one, and it could save you thousands. There are several good ones that regularly post here.

So I would have to find a realtor then I’d be able to look though his/her portal ? Ok I guess that’s not so bad . Is there any way to just see listing without an agent ?

You need to go to a real estate firm site, and plenty of people have their various faves.

Almost every agent has a search site.
Old dogs make you sign up to see listings so they can spam you to death.
You can go to Zillow or Redfin to see listings. Or any local firm's site.

I’ll check it out thanks .
Yes. But, often times, finding a realtor means signing some paperwork with them. Basically a "buyer's agent agreement" which legally binds you to work with that agent to buy a house. So don't just "find" a realtor so that you can get access to the local MLS. If you are serious, talk to a couple of them. Read the reviews, etc., and then choose the one who works for you.
And, no, you can't just see the listing without your agent. Why should that be allowed? If I am selling my house and some rando shows up without his/her agent, I'd be pissed at my agent who allowed that to happen. I'd call him and let them know how I feel. TBH, I never worked with anyone who allowed that. But, I choose my agents carefully. If your agent lets you go see the house on your own, it would reflect badly on him/her. If the seller's agent finds out, he/she would spread the word for sure about your agent who pretty much ignored the simple rules. It's a small world for them out there, and they try to avoid pissing other agents off. No matter how charming or trustworthy you seem to be as a buyer.

It doesn't have to be a big deal to sign a buyers agency agreement. It is more important to understand what one is signing. Of course, this point is predicated on a consumer never signing a buyers agency agreement that doesn't give the client unilateral right to terminate at any time.
As of 7/1/2021, the NC Real Estate Commission totally revised documentation for agency disclosure and Q&A.
These are NOT agency agreements, but refer to the fact that an agent cannot negotiate or write offers for a consumer, working as a fiduciary, unless they have an agreement in writing.
These documents MUST be provided to the consumer at "first substantial contact," i.e., when the consumer discusses price range, urgency, finances, or any other information they would (or should) prefer to keep confidential from other parties.

Isn't this what realtor.com basically does? Search nationwide MLS sites by proxy?
