Does anyone happen to know where I can find things like duck, rabbit, quail, squab, etc? I tried Whole Foods in Durham, and they don't seem to have much. Are there any high-end specialty foods stores around?

I've seen duck, rabbit, and quail along with many other unusual butcher's items at Compare Foods in Durham (the one on Avalon Ave). They have a very complete Hispanic butcher shop there with quite a variety.
