Does anyone know of any places that will fill up the air on a pcp air rifle in the Raleigh area?

The best place I've found is a paint ball facility. Dive shops also fill them and some fire departments will too. I assume you're talking about getting a tank filled not just the rifle. Paint ball shops can fill to 4500 psi, most dive shops only go to 3200.
