I will occasionally see a lot pop up in Zillow or some other site but they are usually too challenging to take on. Does anyone have any leads on a lot in an existing built out subdivision? Maybe something like Dutchman's Downs? We'd love to build ourselves but the track builders leave nothing undeveloped behind, and subdivisions on this side of Jordan Lake that allow you to purchase a lot are scarce. We are still out here hunting the white buffalo. Thanks for the help and stay safe out there!

Thanks for the reply. We might do a tear down, depending on location.

Yeah, the ones that get listed often have some problems - though you could do some interesting custom homes on sloped sites.

You might be better off finding vacant lots on iMAPS and contacting owners directly.
