I am Christian myself but I want my kids to have friends of all faiths. I have seen day camps and organized sports easily, but while searching for sports and other short term (6 week or so) activities that meet just once a week everything I've come across are exclusively Christian. Kicking for the cross (soccer) swim for HIM, Karate for Christ..... I expressed interest in one organization and received emails about not exposing your children to other religions. There is nothing wrong with this but my kids are in religious pre school I want exposure with other religions.
I have also wondered how people would react to Hebrew Hoickey, Martial arts for Mohammed or Ballet for Buddha.
Please, if anyone has ideas I'd like to know.

I am not familiar with these Christian programs, but it seems to me that if your kids are signed up for activities in a more public realm, they'll be exposed to other belief systems naturally.
If you are in Raleigh, I'd encourage you to look at the City of Raleigh Parks and Rec Programs. They obviously aren't religious in nature, but encompass children of all backgrounds who live in Raleigh. When we lived in Raleigh and participated in some of these programs, my kids were in classes with all types of children.
