^When I see cars blow past a yield sign and forcefully try to merge I won't let them in. It's real bad heading south on Six Forks and cars trying to merge from eastbound I-540. There is no reason anyone should be hitting their brakes to allow someone with complete disregard for a yield sign to merge.
It annoys me that 35 MPH zones are apparently considered optional in Raleigh. Go up Lake Wheeler, I get tailgated. Up Tryon, I get tailgated. Up Dillard Drive, I get tailgated. Everywhere I go that is a 35 zone where I drive within 5 MPH of the speed limit, I get tailgated. Every single time. I just don't get it.
Other than that I do not have any major complaints around my area. I will say that 40 between Greensboro and Chapel Hill is quite treacherous though.

That's an awful place right there...same situation at 440 on Six Forks. I don't let the SOB's in either.
What amazes me about drivers in the Triangle is that they dredge up threads from 2008 when there are much newer ones they can reply to that all say the same things. They should instead be trying to find out where to get good pizza.
