I am looking for suggestions on things going on in the Triangle this weekend. I am open to all suggestions, just want to get out of the house . I have heard about Frist Friday but have never gone. Where and what is this event?

I agree. The only activities that I'd even consider for this weekend would involve being inside a mall, movie theater, or would have to somehow involve margaritas.
Saturday Fuquay Varina is having their annual Celebrate Fuquay downtown - tons of things for the kids and adults - even music.
Join us for our annual festival, Celebrate Fuquay-Varina on June 6 & 7 in Downtown Fuquay and Downtown Varina. The event features live music from Keith Henderson, The Embers and the Craig Woolard Band; arts & crafts, free children's rides, The King BMX Stunt Show, antique cars and tractors, concessions, eating contests, the Mayor's Walk, the Run the Quay 5K race, and more. A free shuttle service will run between event sites and parking areas from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. This will be a fun and entertaining day for parents and children of all ages. No admission fee.
