So your numbers assume about a 50 mile round trip commute in a vehicle that averages 12 mpg (sounds like a big SUV). That also leaves 5 gal of gas for the weekend (60 miles).

, so I'll stick with my current vehicle that gets 25 mpg average and is paid off.
