Anyone know if the Hunter's Mill development offers any amenities such as a community swimming pool/rec center? If not, where in the area could my kids swim on a hot summer day? Also wondering if there are HOA fees and what they run. The homes look pretty impressive, from afar at least, with good-sized lots. Thanks for any help.

No pool.
I do not know where you would go to swim.

Hunters Mill HOA dues appear to be about $100/year.

Mike is right on and your observations of the homes are right on. Hope you have decided by now.

I believe those living in the Hunter's Mill subdivision can purchase summer pool memberships at the Vinson Ridge Tennis and Fitness Club. It is located at the entrance of the Knolls at the Neuse subdivision, on Vinson just off Glen Laurel. I know Greg Johnson builds homes in both locations. HTH!
