We moved here from Cary Park after 15 years there.. I absolutely love it here. A 3500 sq ft home and a $150 electric bill.. Besides the water & HOA fee that's all.
The people and neighbors are the kind you really want.. They actually bring cookies over during holidays and we have had zero crime. The nights are so quiet and beautiful.
My house is extremely efficient..
We used the equity from our Cary home to buy our house here.. The prices are unbelievable!
The construction is too!

I think Professional PITA has mistaken the wrong neighborhood... There have always been kids here?
Come out and see for yourself.. Make you own mind up.. We did our homework!!! Love it here!!!

Considering moving to Johnsons Landing, and doing some research. Primarily,

1. is it Wake County or Harnett? I would be fearful of moving there and having the schools switched up on me. The taxes show as Harnett, by the calculations they are providing me.

2. Does the pond water ever get high / near the houses that are on the water? wondered how that would play into the houses along the water.

3. Internet and cable are included, but can you opt for premium services (do you just get a credit for the basic cable service and pay the difference?)

4. Kids in development - a lot, a few?

Trying to find a phone number for the board to discuss some electrical work for the pond.
