I love the location and the townhomes but I am worried about the construction and also the case of Fraud against them. Is there anyone on this forum with Beazer or Townes of Umstead experience?

Having trouble posting, it submits when I hit return or something. Anyway, I wanted to say that investigations for fraud, etc, should be taken seriously. When a builder's CEO has been found guilty of securities fraud, and the co is still under investigation for mortgage fraud, what makes you think they'd deal honestly w/consumers?
