A good place to find retail space for sale in Cary? (Apex: real estate, lease)

I'm interested in purchasing a small retail store front (very small, like 600 sq. ft.) in the greater Cary, Apex area. Any ideas on where to look?

Is there a lot of retail space for sale? I can only seem to find stuff for lease.
