it's pretty much underneath the flight path for RDU; nice area, lots of new building, great shopping, lots of eateries and medical facilities coming, as well as apts, grocery stores and more.
As noted, at the intersection of 70 and 540, just north (east?) of 40 bordered by Morrisville, Durham, and Raleigh. It was just starting when we landed here, and has exploded !

While Brier Creek is near the airport, it is more or less adjacent to it and not under the flight path. This greatly reduces the amount of airplane noise when compared to homes that are close to the airport but also in the flight path.

It is very close to the airport, but i think it is is to the side of the runways, not in line with them.

respectfully, I disagree wholeheartedly. Depending on the direction of the wind on a given day, planes take off and land on different approaches, which either makes parts of Morrisville, RTP, Cary, or Raleigh noisy.
