Radiology/Mammo Center in WF? (Raleigh, Wake Forest: insurance, deductible, cost)

Does anyone know if there somewhere to have a mammo done in WF without having to drive 22 mins to Raleigh Radiology? Not that it's that far but just would be nice if closer. Thanks!

Try the WakeMed North Healthplex on Falls of the Neuse at Durant Road. They have a Radiology and Imaging group there. It's about 6 miles from Wake Forest.

Apparently, according to my PCP's receptionist, going to WakeMed North Healthplex would bill my insurance company differently and go towards my hospital deductible which would cost us out of pocket rather than just paying a copay. Thank you, though.

I would go the 22min to Ral Radio. I was there last week, in and out of the office within 20min. Had a routine mammogram done in their remodeled "Women's Imaging." Great service and I couldn't believe how fast I was in/out. I've been going there for 10yrs. Very professional.
