It's unfortunate that all sorts of things will probably come out at trial that will infuriate you and me. These losers' childhoods, etc. Part of our judicial system includes the defendant's right to a lawyer and that lawyer's job is to get his client off. If not, then at least convicted of whatever lesser charge he/she can wrangle.
I don't know how someone can be a defense attorney but someone has to do the job.
The evidence is overwhelming. Since we have no other choice, we have to put our faith in the prosecution to lay out an airtight case.
I agree none of this sounds fair to Eve since she won't get the privilege of "3 squares a day", etc. But somehow I believe, based on what I'd read about her, that she would be very vocal in defending these idjits right to a fair trial!
The court system and our constitution allows for the presumption of innocence. Liberals wants to extend that to individuals. I am not buying that. These two non human animals executed a girl that was far superior to them in EVERY measurable way. These guys are basically retarded. I do not care about their poor childhood nor do I want read about what good boys they once were. They are scumbag thugs that I hope are violated in prison. That is what they deserve. To any person that feels sorry for these animals, I say you are what is wrong with our country. I wish they I could pay a quarter to take a baseball bat to these two punks kneecaps and heads. Moderator cut: removed If they did that to my daughter or sisters, I would pay a fellow inmate to make them wimper. Too many softies feel more sorry for the animals than the victims.
