I don't have any electrical contractor leads...sorry. I would be more likely able to help with managed care career opportunities as I've worked in that area for a large pharma company...but we're doing more downsizing lately than hiring. Good luck with everything!

Job market is very strong here.

Housing market is doing much better than the country as a whole.

Climate is great if you like 4 seasons. IMO, it's the best place on the east coast if you like four seasons.

Cost of living is extremely low and quality of life is extremely high. It's a great combination.
