Hello,

I just returned home from my trip to NC and we found 3 subdivisions that we really, really liked. Can you please tell me what you think of these:

Village at Cleveland Springs in Garner/Clayton
They gave alot of standard upgrades that we would have to pay extra for somewhere else and they will have a pool built by next year. O and they also had an option for a third floor, which we loved.

Summerlyn in FQ
I really liked the models and they also came with a third floor. I liked the room for a separate office as well and the details like molding was really nice.

Village of Charleston in FQ
I liked all the houses we saw there. They had nice architectural details and offered a lot of SQ Feet. Plus it was on the low end of our price range.

Thanks!

Village of Charleston has a lot of things going for it.

(1) Good value for your money (at least when I bought my house at the end of last year...not sure what prices are now)

(2) Great location...right next to 401 and Judd Pkwy so you can get to anywhere in town with ease

(3) Right next to South Park which is good for the kids and was awesome for 4th of July. We just sat in our backyard and watched the fireworks from the comfort of home

(4) Going to be small division (like 75 homes) so will be a closer community hopefully. So far everyone I've talked to seems nice and alot of people moving in with young children so far.

Good luck in your choice.
