Any recommendations? Especially in the Cary area.
Thanks,
Alan

Cinelli's on Kildaire Farm Rd at the front of the Staples/Trader Joe's shopping center. Their deep dish is so, so delicious!

Uno Grill deep dish pizza
If you can go to Uno Chicago Grill in Brier Creek you can try their deep dish pizza.
it's the best deep dish pizza i've had so far.
Beware though, this thing is a fat and calorie bomb, it's got 2300 calories and 165 grams of fat which is more than 200% of the normal daily fat intake.
and that's for the personal size pizza.

That's crazy. Unos is actually my least favorite Chicago pizza (I prefer Gioradonnos, but that is only in Chicago to my knowledge), but it's okay for deep dish.
There's a great Italian restaurant in Cameron Village (Piccola Italia) that has the best pizza I had in the area. I haven't tried their sicilian pizza, but they do sell it.

Isn't sharing calories and fat grams breaking forum rules when asking about pizza?

Agreed! The last thing you're thinking about when eating a deep dish pizza full of meat is the calories! While you're at it, get tiramisu for dessert too! yummmmm

I'm not a great person to explain it because I spent little time in Raleigh and when I went somewhere I simply put the address in the GPS and followed the directions. If I'm incorrect, please correct me. It's a very nice outdoor shopping area near NC State. We lived near Preston in Cary and it was about 20 minutes for us to get there.
