Agreed. Every time we look at listings, these homes catch our eye. Only thing I could find online is a site for the builder -

http://www.gcrabtreehomebuilding.com/

Does anyone else know more about it? Where in Hillsbourgh is it?

My husband drove around that neighborhood when he visited Hillsborough last month. He said it was really nice and would love to live there if we didn't have kids. The reasons being that it was a small neighborhood and there didn't seem to be many kids out and about. Totally subjective assessment, though. I'll ask him where it's located and get back to you.

Olive Creek is south west of Hillsborough city proper and is about half way down Dimmocks Mill Rd. My husband said it's very rural and beautiful.

Ditto. My wife felt the same way.
