I've heard good things about:

Raleigh Cooking School | Cooking Classes | Raleigh Culinary School (http://savorhospitality.com/cart/product_info.php?products_id=114 - broken link)

Cooking Classes : Capri Flavors :: Fine Italian Food
- not specifically for couples

Southern Season (Chapel Hill) and Savor Hospitality(Cary) have cooking classes.

I have done a cooking class at Capri Flavors. I would not recommend. Not very sanitary. I prefer not to cut the mozzarella cheese(for a salad) on the same cutting board as the chicken breast was just cut on . No it was not washed before cheese was cut.

Also I know Durham Tech offered some this summer, for a really inexpensive option for those on a budget. IDK how good they are however...

Does anyone know of anything like this in Johnston County? We're by 40/42 and have been looking for a couples (or singular that we could go to together) cooking class for a while. Thanks!
