Any Suggestions for Townhomes(for purchase) in the APEX Area? I noticed a few new construction - any comments?
With Townhomes in the area, are only the common areas taken care of? ...or are the entire grounds maintained with the HOA fees? Or is this set individually by each neighborhood?
Thank you!

Exterior maintenance is common, but is determined by the individual community covenants and HOA.

Default Westhaven Townhomes

You may want to check out Westhaven Townhomes. They were finished being built last year.

I see nothing lazy about it. You just have better things to do.

You may also want to see exactly what your HOA fees cover. Alot of times, buyers assume that the HOA for a townhouse takes care of the exterior maintenance of the townhouse and this isn't always the case.
