I long for the day (Raleigh, Durham: transfer, moving, pay)

when I can move back to the Raleigh/Durham area. I left for a better opportunity here in Maryland, but I hate it, hate it, hate it, and just want to come back. I've tried unsuccessfully to transfer with my job (I work with the federal government). It seems that there is no justice. I'm even considering moving back with no job, but then how will I pay bills. This sucks!!!! I just want a job so I can come back.
